Shipping within the US

1 Priority delivery to most US postcodes generally takes up to 2 to 3 working days. It may take longer to western coastal states.

All parcels will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.

2 Please note that your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods. We are unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame.

3 We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Max Stanco shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

4 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.

1. Please note your packages may be subject to custom delays and inspections, custom fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped to, Max Stanco has no responsibility over this.

2. We have no estimate for delivery time frame, a tracking number will be provided and all packages will be insured, that in case of delivery failure, extended time in customs, loss you will be able to verify shipping status and delivery.

3. Please note that very large packages containing multiple items may be subject for inspections and may cause longer delays.

4. For packages to be delivered depending on country and distance it may take from 3 to 10 days.

5. We may declare your package as a gift, if desired.

Order Cancellation

1 If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been delivered and it has not been dispatched, please contact Massimiliano Stanco Customer Service at [email protected].

2 As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy at clause 6 will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in clause 6.2.

3 We are unable to accept order cancellations for personalized, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples:

i. Goods which have been altered, or personalized to a customer’s specification;
